  Horrible company, basically thieves. Terrible customer service that don’t bother to respond to correspondence efficiently. If you ever get a letter just ignore them.
  
  I made the mistake of paying £60 fine and they bumped it up to £170. They make threats they can’t fulfill. Especially employee Jasmine Turner. Horrible lady with poor customer service skills. AVOID

  There was an appeal.
  No reply.
  There was an email back which essentially said "pay the fine or its going legal" 8-10 days for an EMAIL reply.. what is that. When you're waiting for a reply (at all, even after 10 days) and getting nothing back, meanwhile the charge just keeps going up, and getting threatened with legal nonsense.
  Just bulls**t.
  Awful service.
  Happy to admit fault and to pay whatever the initial fee was, but I was instantly charged with £170 from the get go. £100 + Admin fees of £70.

  I'd appreciate if it went towards actually sending an initial charge out and better service. Or any form of service at all really. That would be nice.

  do not answer them in any way at all. don't appeal as to appeal is an admission of guilt, so why appeal ? simply ignore is my advice as there is nothing they can do except send threat-o-grams, they have no power of entry and cant get a warrant of entry for this as its civil as opposed to criminal, though what is criminal is their actions FRAUD, DEMANDING MONEY WITH MENACES, BLACKMAIL etc. remember that should they ever turn up with a warrant, it will be false, a download from the web, besides a true warrant will bear a wet signature from the judge, not a photo copy. its always a good idea to pre empt any action by informing police that you are involved in a civil dispute with this company and are being threatened and may need to call 999 to prevent a breach of peace. that way police wont be able to act as judge and jury, as you will now have pre empted any action which is unlawful.these people are bullies and are acting unlawfully, as before issuing such threats, are required to show proof of loss, ie, how much by the hour is it to park your car. if its £1 per hour and you were parked for 2 hours, the loss is £2 and that's all they can ask, not £30 or £60. don't be intimidated, sit tight. if you all do this, all that will happen is that you will then be contacted by bailiffs, but again they are phoney. just sit tight and start the process over again. its a game and all you need do is sit tight. let them stamp their feet, as this is all the power they have.
